Influence Marketing is looking to hire an Account Supervisor working in our XM Business Unit. This candidate will be responsible for the management and execution of various XM programs. You will join a collaborative team who care about their clients and doing great work!

Offering:

key responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple clients at a senior level and lead and oversee account management as assigned by your VP
  • Lead program development – from briefing through ideation, creative, development and presentation to clients
  • Evaluate client business needs by proactively bring ideation and best practices forward to exiting clients
  • Review client facing materials for accuracy and professionalism (reports, presentations, estimates, invoices, etc.)
  • Create campaign KPI’s /ROI’s
  • Ensure client communication protocol and expectations are established and maintained at a very high level
  • Work with the Business Development Team on planning, forecasting, etc.
  • Manage, coach and support assigned staff by providing leadership that promotes, teamwork, and rewards performance, ambitions and creativity
  • Responsible for final approval on estimates, budgets building , invoicing, etc. and ensuring cost control is a priority on all program management
  • Other duties as required

skills & experience required:

  • Potential candidate must have a minimum 5 years experience in experiential marketing
  • Weekend and evening work will be required (40 hour work week will vary week to week based on needs of program/event executions)
  • Passion for events and event execution
  • A respect for process, highly organized and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fiscally responsible
  • Effective problem solver
  • Strong leader and manger
