We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Influence Marketing team and support execution of the digital marketing strategies for our clients and internally. The ideal candidate enjoys problem solving and possesses experience in a fast paced data-driven digital environment. This position requires experience in digital marketing strategy, analysis, and digital campaign execution and is an exciting role working with recognized brands and provides a platform to gain valuable experience in the marketing field.


key responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, working with various team members and departments to ensure all aspects of campaigns are running smoothly
  • Participate in scoping and documentation of project requirements
  • Leading the creative team to develop brand collateral, graphics and copy for marketing assets
  • Build and maintain client relationships through effective project management and task delivery
  • Interview clients to understand their business requirements, industry trends, and competitors’ analysis
  • Manage content implementation that aligns with client's brand strategy and addresses the needs and interests of stakeholders
  • Coordinate web and digital marketing projects with the design creative and engineering teams and communicate with the clients
  • Working with a project team, ensure that key deadlines and deliverables are met throughout a project lifecycle
  • Manage regular website content management and content development; apply effective methods for presenting content on the web
  • Collaborate with team members to develop a content strategy that promotes user engagement
  • Manage and execute organic social media and internet marketing strategy on all major channels including messaging and creative.
  • Manage paid social advertising and PPC campaign planning and execution. Measure KPIs and report against the marketing campaign objectives
  • Hold regular meetings, discussions, and brainstorms with different teams to enhance campaign results  
  • Prepare and share weekly project updates and meetings, including summaries of milestones and challenges
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly or end of campaign reviews with clients and providing strategic recommendations
  • Manage timelines, resource availability and expectations

skills & experience required:

  • Experience in a digital marketing management role and environment  
  • Highly organized and able to keep meticulous track of every aspect of every project
  • Able to communicate effectively and proactively with team members, organizational leaders, and stakeholders
  • Ability to support a project plan and follow through, monitor project progress, and make necessary adjustments along the way to ensure on-time delivery
  • Experience and understanding of web metrics to analyze user engagement and optimize content
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics, Paid Advertising (Facebook and Google) and SEO
  • Experience working with Web Content Management System (WordPress)
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns and marketing automation software (Constant Contact, Adobe Marketo, Pardot or similar)
  • Experience with CRM implementation and best practices
  • Superior written and verbal communication
