Influence Marketing is looking to hire a passionate, well rounded, results driven National Field Manager working in our Retail Business Unit. This candidate will be responsible for the management, oversight and execution of various Retail and Sales programs. You will join a collaborative team who care about their clients and care about doing great work!

key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate withInfluence Sr. leadership as well as client Sr. leadership to determine ongoing strategic action plans that support all key business objectives
  • Build and lead a high performing national field sales team responsible for delivering training and driving influence across carrier branded retail locations and in store sales associates.
  • Build and cultivate strong in-field relationships across all levels of the retail channel
  • Responsible to deliver team member coaching and motivational conversations driving employee engagement
  • Develop the next generation of leaders within our teams through mentoring and skill development activities 
  • Run effective team meetings to provide team directives, support and collaboration between regions
  • Responsible to achieve KPI’s including sales, employee attrition, operational targets
  • Various other duties as required

skills & experience required:

  • This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience leading and developing employees, exceeding KPI’s, project management while exceeding client expectations in a large organization. 
  • Must have high level of interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to work with others, motivate employees and assign work as required
  • Highly motivated, energetic, reliable and goal oriented
  • Ability to self-manage multiple territories and field leaders
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and meeting facilitation skills
  • Ability to foster trusting relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ad hoc reporting software
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
  • Flexible to work beyond traditional business hours, holidays, evenings and weekend periods, based on retail business needs as they arise 
  • Must be able to travel up to 20% across Canada
