We are a balance of idea generation and best in class execution.  We also happen to be a team of hard-working humans who care deeply about our clients’ business Influence Marketing is looking to hire a passionate Account Executive on the Shopper Engagement Team (SET) This candidate will be responsible for the management and execution of  field programs including field communications, monitor & develop teams, attract new talent and make internal improvements for various programs and exciting brands! You will join a collaborative team who care about their clients and care about doing great work!

key responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

o  Build and foster strongrelationships with clients, understanding their business objectives andmarketing needs.

o  Act as the primary liaisonbetween our agency and the client, ensuring clear and effective communication.

 

Campaign Strategy and Planning

o  Collaborate with clients todevelop innovative marketing strategies aligned with their business goals.

o  Work closely with internalteams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that exceed clientexpectations.

 

Budget Management

o  Take charge of project budgets,ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently within financial constraints.

o  Provide accurate cost estimatesfor proposed marketing initiatives.

 

Campaign Execution and Coordination

o  Oversee the flawlessimplementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time andwithin scope.

o  Coordinate with internal teams,including creative, media, and digital, to guarantee seamless execution.

 

Performance Analysis and Reporting

o  Monitor and analyze theperformance of marketing campaigns, providing insightful reports to clients.

o  Highlight key performanceindicators and recommend areas for improvement.

 

Problem Solving

o  Proactively address and resolveany challenges that arise during campaigns.

o  Identify potential issues andpropose effective solutions to ensure campaign success.

 

Market Research

o  Stay abreast of industrytrends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

o  Conduct research to gatherrelevant data for informed campaign development.

 

Proposal Development

o  Contribute to the developmentof compelling proposals and pitches for potential clients.

o  Present proposals and activelyparticipate in pitch meetings.

 

Communication Skills

o  Effectively communicatemarketing strategies, campaign progress, and results to clients.

o  Collaborate seamlessly withteam members and stakeholders.

 

Negotiation Skills

o  Negotiate contracts, terms, andagreements with clients to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

skills & experience required:

o  Proven experience as anexperiential Marketing Account Executive or similar role.

o  Strong understanding ofexperiential marketing with a track record of successful campaign execution.

o  Excellent interpersonal skills,communication abilities, and negotiation prowess.

o  Proficient in projectmanagement and budget oversight.

o  Up-to-date knowledge ofindustry trends and best practices.

o  An asset to have a degree inMarketing, Business, or a related field.
