We are looking for an experienced and high energy Sales Director with a proven track record in closing sales in the Retail,Digital and Experiential Marketing arena. Your success will be measured on both net new business that you generate combined with growing and developing current accounts.

key responsibilities:
- Leverage leads, contacts and other tactics to actively seek and or create new business development opportunities for the agency
- Lead, protect and enhance the company’s sales image, reputation and management by using strong presentation skills, to educate new clients and contacts on Influence Marketing products and services
- Ability to work with internal teams of client service employees, designers, and managers to see projects through to completion
- Work collaboratively with ManagingDirector and or STM’s (Sales Team Members) to develop proactive go-to-market strategies that increased considerations and revenue growth
- Continually push to advance your skills and knowledge of all Influence services
- Bring sales insights and strategies back to the team
- Develop proactive, strong communication strategies with business unit leaders
- Support new revenue growth through active client relationship management
- Embrace diverse points of view/interests and bring together into a cohesive whole to drive
- change and further growth/improvements
- Establish and maintain healthy and effective relationships with all key stakeholders
- Represent the organization professionally
skills & experience required:
- 5+ years experience in senior sales role with proven sales management experience and a good record of achievingtargets
- 3+ years experience in a marketing agency would be an asset
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
