Huawei leverages their national field team to promote their brand and products with national and regional retailers across Canada. Huawei’s Canadian product line-up includes: smartphones, tablets, wearables and laptops. The Huawei national field team secures training at Bell, Virgin, The Source, Telus, Koodo, Rogers, Fido, Glentel (Wireless Wave, TBooth, Wireless ETC.), Sasktel, WoW!, London Drugs, Visions, and Canada Computers.

Influence provides Huawei Canada an employee outsource solution, which includes payroll and human resource management of the field team. When Influence acquired the program, it required the transfer of employment of twenty (20) full time, permanent field reps in five (5) provinces.

The program also provides Huawei with joint marketing data to ensure program execution and insight increasing store rep knowledge level. During COVID-19, the team quickly pivoted to virtual store visits and providing online training.
