Kérastase, a brand within the L'Oréal Professionnel division, was looking to strengthen their leadership position in retail stores by acquiring new clientele and, building brand awareness, and educating the public on their brand. Kérastase called on Influence Marketing to manage a field force team of beauty industry experts, specializing in business development, sales, and education within 5 major markets across Canada.
Influence recruited, trained and deployed a team of 7 hair specialist in the top 20 retailers in Canada, to educate store staff on the brand and to drive sales. The field tea was Influence’s field team is responsible for merchandising, relationship management, brand education, and sales support.
The program also provides Kérastase with tools such as a customized software application used for scheduling, budget management, real-time reporting, and performance management tracking.
